What do you see?

It all started in 2001 when, as a 15 year old kid, Josiah push mowed yards in his hometown so he could buy Hollister shirts for himself. The vision was revived again in 2016 when he borrowed a push mower from his church to help an elderly man named Dick mow his grass.  He realized that he was helping this man see a vision for the only thing that he was able to see from his back window seat. His visits usually included lengthy conversations and increasingly deeper connection points.  He decided this was something worth replicating.  With business growth, came the opportunity to hire amazing employees who embody the vision better than I ever could and help them to foster the vision for not just their job but also their life.  This is when the idea for Eagle Eye came into full view!
